• Multifamily student rental properties (4+ units) within two miles of UGA's campus
• Fixer-upper residential or commercial properties
• Restaurant space for sale or lease downtown; having a vent hood is preferred but not required
• Restaurant locations or development sites in Five Points and Baxter Street
• 10-30 acres of serene land (plenty of open pasture and hardwoods) within 30 minutes of Athens that has a pond or lake
• Highly trafficked site or existing building capable of holding a 2500 sq/ft retail store in west Athens or Oconee County
• Build-able residential lot NOT in a subdivision, at least 3 acres in size, in Oconee County
