Why go to an agent who has been out of college for thirty years and has little or no familiarity with the college market?
As a recent graduate of UGA, I know the college housing market like the back of my hand. I can locate properties that meet any criteria whether it be:
- Proximity to UGA in general, specific areas of campus, etc.

- Ambience of neighborhood
One other factor that must be considered in Athens is the strict enforcement of single-family housing regulations. Many single-family houses are in a zone that prohibits more than two unrelated people living there at any one time. If you plan on having roommates, be careful about where you move!
